Terms and condition to be followed by the devotees for room booking
1.You should report to Room Booking Office on
the Booked date with your online printed receipt and with id Proof used during the room booking
2. Security deposit should be paid directly in concerned booking counter at reception..
3. Legal action will be taken on malpractice online bookings..
4. Room will be allotted as mentioned in the table
Example: Check in Time Morning 6 Am on the booked date and the Check out time Next day Morning 5.45 Am (Duration 23 hours 45 minutes). Extra Time will not be permitted
5.You are allowed to stay in the room only after verification of your original ID proof.

6.For each booking maximum of three(3) persons persons are allowed to stay in the Room .
Extra persons are allowed only under the permission , permitting extra persons are subjected to temple authorities
For extra person Rs 30 for non AC and Rs 50 for AC will be charged for each person per day , amount should be paid in respective cash counter .
7.Cancellation process will not be done.
8.If the amount is debited from your account, if you didnt get any acknowledgement or if get any Failure message, please call to the Technical Number before trying again. Suppose, technical number is busy kindly mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
9.Once the Amount is reached to Temple account it will not be Refunded.
10.If you are trying simultaneously, minimum 2 minutes time interval required to avoid contra.
11.Once the amount is debited from your account, devotees are requested to wait until the acknowledgement is generated either Success or Failure..
12.Room No allotted is Subject to Change.
Kindly follow the temple rules and regulations.
13.Advance booking for rooms can be made only for minimum 3 days in advance and maximum 28 days in advance.

15.If the amount is debited from your account, if you didnt
get any acknowledgement or if get any Failure message, please register your complaint
in the portal
within 240 minutes (4 hrs) of transaction date and time.
17. There is no option for applying chargeback
