Terms and Conditions:
  1. PrintOut of Receipt Must
  2. You should report to hill temple office before 5.00PM on the scheduled date.
  3. You are allowed for Golden Chariot procession only after verification of your original ID proof.
  4. For each booking only three(3) persons are allowed for procession and Five(5) persons are allowed for dharsanam in special entrance. Extra persons are not allowed for procession and dharsanam.
  5. Cancellation process will not be done.
  6. If the amount is debited from your account, if you didnt get any acknowledgement or if get any Failure message, please call to the Technical Number before trying again. Suppose, technical number is busy kindly mail to es@tnhrce.com
  7. Once the Amount is reached to Temple account it will not be Refunded.
  8. If you are trying simultaneously, minimum 2 minutes time interval required to avoid contra.
  9. Once the amount is debited from your account, devotees are requested to wait until the acknowledgement is generated either Success or Failure.
  10. Ticket Copy Success Send To Your E-Mail ID
  11. Kindly follow the temple rules and regulations.
  12. There is no option for applying chargeback
  13. If the amount is debited from your account, if you didnt get any acknowledgement or if get any Failure message,  please register your complaint in the portal (complaint link) within 240 minutes (4 hrs) of transaction date and time.
