How To Book ?

Terms and Conditions

  1. You should bring a printout of Receipt of booking
  2. Winch Travel timing 3.00PM to 4.00PM only on the scheduled date.
  3. You should report to the lower winch Station Office (Location: West Giriveedhi-Adivaram)before 2:45PM on the schedule date and time with your Original ID Proof which was used during the booking.
  4. The receipt will be verified by authorized Temple Officer. After the verification only, you will be allowed for Winch Travel.
  5. For each receipt only one person will be allowed. Extra persons will not be allowed.
  6. Palani Temple Devasthanam has right to change your scheduled time and has right to cancel the above scheduled date of booking winch trip without prior intimation.
  7. Online booking is for upward journey only. For downward journey the devotee have to make their own.
  8. Children more than 3years of age should get a ticket.
  9. Once booking is done, Cancellation process will not be allowed.
  10. If the amount is debited from your account, if you did not get any acknowledgment or if you get any failure message, please call to the Technical Number(94455 75094 , 94455 75091) before trying again.Suppose, technical number is busy kindly mail to es@tnhrce.com within 30 minutes of transaction date and time
  11. If you are trying simultaneously, minimum 2 minutes time interval required to avoid contra.
  12. Once the amount gets credited in Temple Account, it will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  13. Once the amount is debited from your account, devotees are requested to wait until the acknowledgement is generated.
  14. Your scheduled Time cannot be changed on your own.
  15. Ticket Copy Success Send To Your E-Mail ID
  16. Kindly follow the temple rules and regulations.
  17. If the amount is debited from your account, if you didnt get any acknowledgement or if get any Failure message,  please register your complaint in the portal (complaint link) within 240 minutes (4 hrs) of transaction date and time.
